How it goes

Imagine having a Yoga class with Sky designed for you only, to give just the effects and benefits You feel you need right now, physically, mentally and emotionally.
First live online, Sky guiding you, and then receiving the recording so you can use it as often as you want. It’s a complete session with two parts:
First a chance to bounce personal questions and get guidance from his deep experience of Yoga wisdom and practices to balance your health and mood including: Ayurvedic tips, Marma points, Meditation, Pranayama, Vedanta and Lifestyle coaching.
Then the yoga class, where he takes all that you share into account and lets the wisdom flow into a balancing practice.
The whole session can be 1,5-2,5hr long, you choose, and you can decide how long your class will be.
We offer sliding scale price, 1800kr-2500kr, you choose.

Sky will suggest a time for a 1,5-2,5hr online session. During the session you can further discuss your situation, wishes and needs.
Based on this he will give a Yoga class designed just for you.

After the session we will edit the video and send the recorded class to you.

Now you have your own private Sama Yoga class, designed for you, to practice whenever you want, and see the benefits over time.
